Please cancel all future shipments of your product immediately. I am asking for a complete refund of all debit from my checking account with Chase bank. I have filed a complaint of fraud and representation of your product. I demand a full refund. I have called your toll free number without any satisfaction per your return policy.

Note:- October 24th, 2016 got debited with $88.64
October 29th, got debited with $1.99
November 4th, got debited with 94.61.
Total 185.24 to be refunded to my account.

Credit my account back. This is the first step in notifying, then my attorney will be handling this. I see we no longer can do to this in good faith.

• Not disclosing that you will automatically charge my credit card every month for both products that I was just trying out. You know that there was no fine print anywhere/ if there was, it must have been after the credit card information was submitted and that is not right.
• You guys never ever disclosed how much the full price of the product would be.
• Your 800 number won’t connect me to you and that is so cowardly.
• I read that people try to get their banks to stop you from taking their money and you put some actions against them which can hurt their credit rating. Why would you hurt people?
• Now I have to worry about how can I stop you from taking a couple of hundred dollars from my account. You know, we are honest people who saw potential in your product. You should be nicer after all we gave your product a shot. I hope you will cancel my account and not give me any trouble. I wouldn’t mind buying the product in my own.

$88.64 was deducted from my checking account. I couldn't figure out where it went until I saw my online statement.
Then I was angry and could not believe they drew 88 dollars out of my account. I know and I am 100% sure that I did not agree to pay any money for this product. Please credit my account for what you took. Do not send anymore of that product to me and please refund my $88.64.

They cannot find me in their system to cancel my order. I have provided them with order number and all my information to find me in their system but they cannot. All I am trying to do is to cancel my order. No one calls me back and no one can answer my questions. Waiting for reply.

I ordered one sample on 9/14/2016. However you charged my account for two different samples. As of today on 9/22/2016 I have received nothing. How can one make an estimate of a product they have never received? Also my paperwork says another product will be sent by 9/24/2016. Cancel me as of now. I may be 82, I can however promise you that I am in mentally competent and will not allow anymore items charged to my account.

I want my $88.64 back I did not agree to any of these charges and disputing them with through my bank this is fraud it's pretty funny all of a sudden your number's been disconnected I want $88.64 deposited back into my account immediately I have also contacted Dr. Oz and spoke with his Representatives he does not endorse your product I have reported you to him also.

Resvibrant, I cancelled my monthly reorders as I did not intend to be a continued customer. I had ordered my free trial offer not knowing there would be an automatic next order in the full amount of 88.00-Aging Serm and 88.00-Aging Cream. I tried to cancel the orders as I can not afford the monthly cost. I talked to a Service Rep and he told me I could not cancel the order that had already been shipped since I did not call to cancel by May 14th. He canceled any future orders after the May 30th shipped order but I have yet to receive it! Please give me the status on the May 30th Shipped order as it has been paid for!

Please respond ASAP. Placed order for a sample. Dissatisfied with the product and customer service. stop sending these products and cancel all future transactions.
Also, stop changing my account and have this company pick up unopened packages sent to me. After requesting a trial sample and THEN being charged outrageous amounts, shame on you.
Took time away from my job so please refund my account for lost wages. I am requesting $500 dollars. Thank you.

I was told today that a charge of $88 was on my credit card and I want that charge removed from my card. All I wanted was the sample and I have received them. I did not want another order to another charge. I hope to hear from someone soon.

It has not even been 30 days since I received my trial. I see that you have deducted $88.64 from my account and I want my money back and do not shio. Cancel any account that I have and do not deduct anything more from my account. Please refund my money.

Please do so immediately. I do not want to receive another order to another charge.
