The only reason I even did this is because the phone they provided me was a decent smartphone with a 5.7" screen. But it was a piece of crap and as soon as I paid for and ordered a replacement phone, they shut off my service. They claim they shut it off when they ship the new phone, but no, the tracking number has no shipping information connected to it for 2 days now. I am supposed to start a new job on Thursday and I have 3 kids who I am constantly in contact with. I am assuming that since my original phone took 2 weeks to receive, the replacement phone will as well. This means I will be without service for 2 weeks. And as everyone has stated below, you can't speak to anyone when you call. It is just an automated system. If I could get my money back for my remaining data and the replacement phone cost. I could easily just go get much better service elsewhere.

I need to get ahold of a rep. My Qlink phone has been giving me fits ever since I had it. Its always roaming I can't hardly ever make a call I have complained ever since. I got the phone and no one has tried to reach me or anything why have a phone if it doesn't work. Thanks.
