Need help for repairing boiler

Geoffrey Hedrick says: I have a PL-140 Rev2 LP boiler that has failed to start regularly, since it was installed, by an approved dealer/service company, 8 years ago. I have had it serviced and cleaned, fixed a loose igniter wire and replaced the burner, all more than 15 times since it was installed. I called customer service, but they are only supposed to work with the approved installer. Following reassurances from the dealer, I just had an indirect water heater install and no hot water because the boiler fails to reliably start. Where can I get help?

When I pressed the rest, it says call for heat stand by 62 F and after a short time goes back to the alarm mode. Any suggestion?
