Issue regarding phone service

Posted on Nov 22, 2016 at 03:38 AM

Hongdan Yao says: My phone number is 213-625-2***. Before I had a wireless home phone of AT&T from August, because it is cheap at only 20$/month. On 11-18 evening, a man suddenly came into my house and switched my home phone to your company, Pacific Bell. I never required for switching? I wanted to be back at my AT&T wireless home phone. During Saturday, I had called your company for customer service and AT&T customer service many times, but my problem is still there. What I want is please return my phone number and switch back my phone service to AT&T, I want to continue using AT&T wireless home phone. Thank you.

On11/13/2015 at 3:21 PM I received a solicitation call from 661-835-3165 some kind of solar financing place and requested to be remove from there call list and was rudely cussed at by the male person on the phone. He also made a reference to my mailing address in a threatening manner. Not sure if anything can be done but trying to call the number back does not work. If there is anyway for me to contact the organization to formally report this incidence I would be very happy.
