Today I signed up and paid for a 1 month subscription for Our Time. I set up a profile and set up my search options. I then noticed that my SENT folder had over 40 messages in it that I DID NOT send! Somehow, the Our Time application sent RANDOM messages to people, including questions I did not authorize and "like your photo" comments that I did not authorize. This is a HUGE security issue that I tried to explain to the customer service representative. I have shut down the Our Time profile and asked for a refund. I have also notified my bank. I did not "accidentally" send these messages.

I've been contacted by People Media, that someone signed into my a/c from a different device and yo're going to lock my a/c. It told me to click onto a site, and immediately the screen went red and computer warned me it was dangerous and not to go there!I changed my password. Same deal as everyone else. I cancelled my membership and subscription one day before the expiration. I still got charged a renewal which of course ruined my bookkeeping for the month. I disabled the auto renew feature the day i signed back up, but you renewed me anyway. Cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately.

Good day. I am trying to subscribe to your service but the visa zip code is being rejected. It is a visa issued by a British bank. Billing address zip code has letters as well as numbers. Please advise.

Because your site wrongly renewed my account. My checking account has been stripped and is over 90.00 dollars in the negative.It was charged and I called and got the charges reversed but then it happened again on the last day of my membership.I don't want to extend beyond today.I am disabled and cannot waste more money.Thank you.

My account has been hacked. Since yesterday, someone is able to send messages on my account. They have solicited email addresses and phone numbers from my profile. I called customer service, was put on hold for an hour and 18 minutes waiting for a supervisor. The representative passed me to a supervisors phone number who never answered.

This situation is dangerous as the hacker has been successful at getting phone numbers and emails from other members. According to the representative, he said it looked like my profile hasn't been hacked. It absolutely has. Please read my messages. You will note that the hacker has sent the same message to everyone: it is misspelled and reads: Good morning how are you doing I will like to have your email so we can talk better.

I have contacted all of the current people that the hacker has reached to let them know it wasn't from interpret. Please take care of this immediately as this hacker may be someone from your security department.

I want to cancel my "free" subscription but am able to based on the parameters of instruction, which is a catch 22. I have asked for a password reset but cannot get a response from you via email as I have requested, so I cannot longer sign in. However I am automatically signed in when I click on those ridiculous “flirts” you send me via my email.
I do not give you permission to use my personal information and want to know how to officially cancel this non-membership and, more importantly, remove my profile.

I received a message that was obviously from a scammer on OurTime.com. I, of course, rejected him. In a very short while, I started getting message after message from women all over the country. (I'm a hetro women). When I looked at my profile I would see that my picture was now a man's picture. Everything on my profile had been changed to look like whoever this guy was in the picture. And even my pictures had changed, they weren't mine anymore. I was very worried for the women you had sent a message to me. They were obviously the target of this scam. In all I counted about 50 messages from them in my inbox. And even after I hid my account, the messages kept coming in. They continue as I write this to you.

Please help. This hijacking is going to mess a lot of people up. My account is cjones919 and my email is cjones418@live.com. Please stop this attack ASAP. Let me know the outcome. I'd like to get my profile back if I can. I don't want to pay for something I cannot use anymore.

I canceled my subscription on the 11th, just before my renewal on the 13th. I then clicked on disconnect, which apparently block others from sending me an email.
The lady who thought I personally blocked her was very mad. I was not trying to block the two I was connected with. Now I can't reach them.
Shouldn't it be displayed disconnect means block. I am not happy at all, and will call Monday to explain this and get help or an answer of some kind.

Good Morning,

My name is Emily, my father in law joined this site last week and he is having a problem with the site. He said that he paid $120 and change when he signed up. I helped him fill everything out and there was one part on the editing page that wouldn't complete to 100%. Aside from that, anytime he gets a notification the site tells him that he must pay for the upgrade to see anything, however like I said before his credit card statement says that he was charged $120 and change. I'm not entirely sure what information you would need, but if someone would please email me back with some answers I would appreciate that very much!

I had turned off my auto renewal and then got an e-mail asking me if I wanted to turn auto renewal back on. I said no and then it auto renewed it anyway Please it charged me for a six months' extension. I went to my bank to get the charge removed but since it is still pending, they could do nothing until it posts. Then I can file a dispute which I will do if yo do not immediately remove the $67.00 charge. very aggravated.

I, Barby Helms would like to cancel this service, I just wanted to try it for one month and I received my statement on my credit card and there is two payments taken out for March. I have meet someone on my own so I do not need this service any longer.
