Posted on Nov 26, 2016 at 03:24 AM

Trouble with Magic Bullet

Cindy Robinson says: I have enjoyed my Magic Bullet for many years. I bought it when you first came out with it. I am trying to replace a small part. It is a little white cover that is on the inside there is three of them. Not sure what happened to one of them. But it doesn't work well without it. Can you please help me?

Dissatisfied customer

Leah Montes says: I bought one of these blenders but I no longer have the buzz or any of the papers. Both off the blade ends that go into the blender have snapped off after having it only a few weeks. I am wondering if there is somewhere I can get just the replacement parts. I already spent over $40 after taxes on the whole set and I really don't want to spend more to buy another set or spend a lot to buy replacement parts. I am already unhappy that I have to replace these parts after such a short time.

Complaint about product

Rachael Persinger says: I bought a Magic Bullet in February and really loved how well it worked. I make smoothes with it. I have been very pleased with it. A month ago, the piece of plastic that holds the chopper in place broke so now I have to hold it while chopping. It is also leaking black oil all over.

Need assistance to clean the top rim

Posted on Oct 30, 2016 at 12:01 AM

Lois Korvin says: My magic bullet in 600w is very dirty inside from a few overflows. I am trying to take it apart to clean it, but I cannot get the inner plastic causing to come off the silver rim at the top. It will not turn or twist or pry off. I thought it could be stuck, but I have been soaking it in hot water (just the silver rim) but no luck. Can you tell me the secret to undoing this? If I cannot clean it, I certainly will not buy another one.

Having problem to make warranty registration online

Posted on Oct 22, 2016 at 10:27 PM

Cecilia says: The warranty registration online does not show the product NutriBullet Prime, hence it is not accepting the serial numbers I have typed. I tried the numbers provided on several Nutri bullet products listed and it doesn't work.

Would this not have been a good thing to let me know? I do not have a US address other than my box in Blaine which I have never had any problem in receiving all other products plus I have now been waiting for weeks for a product that was never going to arrive for which I had no idea.

So now, after all these weeks I am simply not able to acquire your product unless I move to the US or purchase from a Canadian vendor. Again this is very poor business practice to not bother letting a paying customer know that their order was cancelled.

Not happy at all. May look at another option for the future. Not that would put a dent in your sales ofcourse but this is very bad business practice.

My magic bullet makes a loud noise and that noise is at such an extent that sometimes I feel it will burst. I bought it from Walmart. I went twice to Walmart to return it but unfortunately the same model was not available to exchange for. The Walmart sales associate suggested me to get in touch with the customer support. Please suggest how I can replace it?

My husband and I received the Magic bullet as a wedding present. This past week it broke for no apparent reason. We enjoy using the blender on a daily basis and do not feel as though it should have broke so soon after being purchased .
I wanted to write to the company to make aware of my situation. Thank you!

Hi there

I wonder if you might be able to help? My son has an original Magic Bllet and somehow in a recent move lost the three little rubber things that fit in the machine and grip the black plastic cross blade. Is it possible to get replacements? They are very small and could easily be posted possibly?

Good Evening. In short, my Bullet broke the under unit which connects to the blade unit to spin it, broke into many pieces, rendering the MB useless. Please help me replace the defective item. Your assistance is profoundly appreciated. Katherine CONTINO. Maiandtt@gmail.com.

Hi there, I bought my magic bullet from my Costco store here in Vancouver Bc. I enjoy using it everyday to make smoothies. However today when I was using the bullet there was some sparks coming from the machine. The Sparks ruined my kettle and it was strong enough to put a hole in a few places on the kettle. This malfunction could of been worse. Luckily my wife was home to take control when this happened. I am legally blind and didn't know what happened. So now I am out a billet and a kettle. Please let me know if you can look into this matter. What happened was very dangerous.

I have a magic bullet which I had bought two years ago. Recently the unit stopped working. I just hear a humming sound from the motor. No rotation at all.
I wonder if the motor is burnt and I should just throw the unit out or if there's a way to service it.

Please advise.

I just waited 40 minutes on the phone waiting for the slowest customer service ever. For them to hang up on me. Thank you so much!! Buying something else sense my product broke anyways. I feel as though no one wants to help me, and like you even care anyways Good thing there is many more "mini blender" options I'm sure are way better anyways. Have a nice day.

Horrible horrible experience. It's not been 6 months since I bought this product and now when I use it, I find pieces of plastic in the food? Isn't this an health hazard ? How can it just mix plastic pieces into my food. I called customer support who are asking me proof of purchase which I do not posses now. What if I did not notice the plastic and fed that to my kids ? Who would be responsible for that ?

I am very upset with the quality of the 2 bullet I have purchased from you. I bought my 1st bullet at the beginning of 2014 and it broke down within 10 months. I then purchased another and that one broke last week. Now I have 2 bullets that are not any good. Other than longevity I have had no problem with product, I hope you can help me with replacements.

I purchased the magic bullet four months ago and I was very unhappy. It stopped working on me. All this propaganda made me buy one and I was very disappointed . now I have no idea if to return it to the store I bought it or to the manufacture. I don't have a receipt for it no more.

My magic bullet has been making myself and my whole family sick.
One day, I decided to make a shake, as I do almost every day. I blended ice, water that's it. I chose not to put the protein powder yet after 30 Seconds the water turned grayish black. THE PLASTIC OF THE MAGIC BULLET IS SLOWLY BEING ERODED INTO THE FOOD BEING PROCESSED! I am seriously going to bring this company to court because think about this. if it made my whole family sick, than we cannot be the only ones suffering from the lack of intellectual beings producing such a revolting product.I RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO USES A MAGIC BULLET TO THROW IT AWAY IMMEDIATELY!!! SAVE YOUR OWN LIFE.

I have owned the magic bullet for many years and have been happy with its durability and performance. However, I had to buy a new one at PC Richards in Staten Island NY and had to return it after only one month since it was not working properly. The store did allow me to pick up another one. Unfortunately, less than 9 months later, the product is not working properly.
The problem lies with the rubber catching on the jars that are wearing out quickly. Again, my previous bullet lasted many years, but it appears the most recent edition has not been built correctly. I feel that a replacement bullet should be given. Thank You for the time to investigate.

Hello,
i have bought the magic bullet from Macys. I am very unsatisfied with the product. I bought it with intentions of using it for smoothies. I have felt difficulty in using the product to blend frozen fruits. Please advise what can be done in reference to that as I have already exchanged it once with Macys as it was not functioning. The one I currently have is same issue the blade doesn't blend frozen items. Is the product in fact geared to be used for frozen items as well? If not then I want my refund.

Thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter,

Svetlana Shalomova
