I paid for expedited shipping and ordered on October 7. These items had a 5-8 day delivery. I contacted customer service 5 days ago and received a response telling me to be patient as it was on the way. Tracking never updated after October 17. Because my wedding is this Friday I contacted them again. I got a response this morning saying 25 items ordered would be here in another 10 days due to a delay. I do not have time to replace these items. We are checking with the bank to assure no fraudulent charges have been placed on our card and reporting the issue. I have to take an unpaid vacation day to replace, and spend double the money to buy these items knowing that I will take legal action to get a refund. This is two of over 60 packages I have ordered online for this wedding and the only company that has not done what they promised. You had ample of time when contacted to notify me of there was going to be a delay. Consumer complaints has 2,738 nega.

This refers to order number 19538829. I was supposed to get $5.00 off on a purchase of $35 or more and my receipt did not reflect it. Please correct it. Also I wanted to have my package delivered to my Florida billing address not to my NY address. Your online help was very unhelpful.

Looks like it is a miracle that you recieve what you requested. I will find a way how to bring you to trial. I ordered a week ago with express shipment, and my order is in process still, obviousely it is a scam. And I will find a way you pay for me and other people for not delivered orders. This company is a scam, and it is not normal that can keep posting their goods in internet. I will bring them to trial. This may be stopped and I am surprised that no body did anything about it.

Your website is very difficult to understand. I purchased two items on 9/24/2016 and paid for the 3-5 day shipping option. Your site tells me that one item has been shipped but the other is on time. I have no clue whats going on and if I don't recieve my items then I will file a fraud charge on your company and dispute the charges via my credit card company.
I would really appreciate any form of contact from you. And since the payment has already been processed I believe I am entitled to the merchandise I paid for.
