I am writing this for the fraud problem.

I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau on this company I Offer. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's prom which said 5-10 days delivery. I received the shoes. I received the shoes 21 days later well after my son's prom. This company doesn't allow you to speak to any live representative ever, they only will allow you to send them emails to wherever and they never gave me back direct response and never acknowledged that I told them to keep the shoes and send me my money back. They ignored the email and sent the shoes anyway very late and I am still fighting to get my money back and someone to contact. Do not do anything with this bogus company.

I purchased 2 purses from Jhsrio on your site on 3/24/2016.. He said the latest expecting date 4/5/2016. Hello, I contacted the postal service vice with one of the tracking numbers and there is no such tracking for these numbers. The sellers don't reply I have been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks and I look p a question and it tells me Ioffer has nothing to do with our refunds but the sellers aren't replying, after I hopefully receive all of my orders I will never order from ioffer again and no positive ratings from me. I am going to contact the BBB about this shopping site.

I have been ripped off by a seller I sent back the item because I was sent the wrong size she said she resent the correct size but I have still not received the item. I have tried to track them the tracking number can not be traced. This has been going on for month. I have been trying to contact Ioffer since last month and I haven't received any answer. I have extra charges in my credit card, I been spending more than $5,000 in less than 2 months.
No body is doing anything to help.
I will report all this extra charges with my bank as FRAUD....
Also one of your sellers sent me an empty package and is not taking care of this, he just robbed my money.
