I recently signed a closed end motor vehicle lease on a 2016 Kia Sedona SXL at Horne Kia in Gilbert, AZ. Since signing the lease (March 28, 2016), I have been thinking I should have just purchased the vehicle and would like to do so instead of leasing it. I have been approved for an auto loan through my insurance company already.
How can I do this?
Sincerely, Sonya Patterson

Need to be contacted immediately, you sent my name unlawfully to a debt collector when I still own the vehicle and drive it everyday and leased two years ago when the dealership waived the early termination fee then, that was in 2014.
FELDMAN HYUNDAI in Waterford, i didn't help, told me to call Hyundai finance, Hyundai Finance said they will issue a waiver, nothing is happening right.
My name was given to a debt collector and they call me everyday, they also send me letters asking for the money.
Hyundai and it's dealerships reward their loyal and repeated customers in a very unlawful way.
I need this resolve tomorrow Thursday March 17th by 2 pm.
I also need Hyundai to guarantee that this didn't effect my credit report
Lastly I need a Compensation for the inconvenience of me wasting my time calling and getting put on hold for a long time, emailing, driving to the dealership and still no results.
