The hotel cancellation number is XTL AE2 102683725. We have already paid the amount through credit card and the amount is 79000 Indian rupees. Even though my room supposed to be with seaside view they gave me one of the few rooms without sea view. Rude staff and so on I don't want list of all the negative aspects about the hotel.

I live in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL area and on March 23, 2016 I booked a hotel room for the weekend in Miami Beach, FL. I searched online using Kayak and found a hotel from Hoteling.com for the weekend of July 22-25, 2016. I used my debit card and paid $346.75 for the hotel stay including all taxes and resort fees. The charge appeared on my statement and I received a confirmation email from Hoteling.com confirming my stay. Prior to my stay, I contacted the hotel directly to confirm my reservation and they had all my information in the system and said I was all set for my stay with them. When I arrived to the hotel they said that my reservation showed cancelled but it would be no problem to reinstate it. The hotel then asked me for my ID as well as the card I used to book my room. Since I had used a debit card to book my room they also asked me for a credit card to “keep on file”. I felt that was standard protocol when you are staying at a hotel so I provided my credit card as well. When I went to check out of my hotel I was informed that my reservation was under Hotel Beds.com.

I work for The Hilton in Egene Oregon. I have been on hold for over 35 minutes and not talked to a single person. Your cc did not authorize. The hotel has tried several attempts to contact and were not able to do so and therefore the following bookings cannot be honored:
1. Fisher Leon, arrival June 25th for 1 night
2. Sutherland Rachel, arrival for June 25th for 1 night

Hi,I had a reservation at La Quinta in MIssion Bay CA (San Diego) from March 24 to March 28 (arriving Thursday,leaving Monday) but with the holiday traffic,we decided to cut it a day short and leave on the 27th.I booked Thursday Hotelopia.com, so I called and asked if I could get a refund for the night we would not be using.
