Hostess brands Overview
This is an American food-based company known for its fresh-baked sweet goods under the brand name Hostess and Dolly Madison.
This company is serving snack cakes since June 2013 but instead has a long history.
They are among the oldest and largest packaged food companies in America that are well known for developing, marketing, manufacturing, selling and distributing out bakery products all across the country.
Andy Callahan is serving as CEO of the company since May 2018 and it is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, United States.
Its origin
Talking about its history, it is well known since 1919 for its Hostess Cupcakes.
Then it was a joint venture that got separated out from Old HB which used to work under the name Hostess Brands Inc., from 2009 to 2013.
The previous company was sold out to Apollo and Metropoulos thus creating out a new company. Formerly, it was New HB Acquisition LLC and later was changed to Hostess Brands, LLC in May 2013.
It is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri and is now operating as a subsidiary of Gores Holdings, Inc. since November 4, 2016.

What they offer in products?
With a sweet taste and long history of snacks they make and create the best out of the bakery. Now they have a new and classic treat in the market that makes customer delight to buy and eat it.
The products they have now include Ding Dongs, Ho Hos, Zingers, Suzy Q’s, mini muffins, Sno balls, Jumbo Honey Bun, Coffee Cakes, Brownies, Cinnamon Roll, Donettes and Fruit Pies, in addition to Twinkies and Cup Cakes.
What is new?
The company has launched out three new ice cream flavors for Twinkies, Sno Balls and Cup Cakes in 2017 and has called for a new upscale line named Hostess Bakery Petites.
The new line is well known for some changes in ingredients like the use of no high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors in products.
Latest, it has acquired the Cloverhill Bakery and Big Texas in February 2018 from brand Aryzta that is known for its food business operations in Europe, Asia, Australia, America, and New Zealand. It is also specialized in the frozen bakery sector.
