This brand is owned by AT&T Inc, which is an American multinational company having their base in Downtown Dallas, Texas. This brand combines the flexibility of pay as you go & monthly plans with the excellent coverage of AT&T. The company’s monthly phone plans consist of unlimited texts & talk across the country, multi-discount account, autopay feature, & unlimited texting to more than 100 countries from the United States. In addition to that, the company offer many other brands where they deduct charges on daily & monthly basis.
GoPhone History
This brand was established by Craig McCraw in 1987, but under a different company McCaw Cellular. However, it was later brought by the AT&T in 1995 who continue providing it under the same name. But, they rebranded it as AT&T Prepaid on 12th July, 2017.

The company was established on 5th October, 1983 by merging many different companies that include Bell South, Pacific Telesis, Southwestern Bell, & AT&T Corporation. The annual revenue of the company is more than US$ 160 billion. In addition to GoPhone, the company own many other brand that include Cricket Wireless, AT&T Communications, & AT&T Digital Life among others.
