I joined this web site on 4/29/2016, all was fine, then today the photo's for women show a blank box, with a small ''x'' in the far left corner, I had no idea I am not able to talk to a live person, for help with this problem. I got a email saying they mad a mistake on my billing account. They said they had offered me a $1.00 monthly charge but that it was wrong and I owe $10+ I can't find a phone number to call and ask or cancel. I'm so frustrated!

I am not able to receive texts messages from my account to my phone. I tried to sign up for the extra 4.99 subscription but it won't accept my card number and that is the same card I used for the main subscription. Also in random places through out the site it says that I am either a standard subscriber and a premium subscriber.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 1/2 hr now. I filled out all the fields but your one to enter the date does does not have a dash on the screen to enter between the month date and year. It is impossible to complete. I want to cancel today! Help

I have been trying to upgrade. It's not letting my card to through. Then I checked my bank account and it has been charged for one month. I tried getting into emails and it tells me I have to upgrade. I'm getting very tried of this. Thinking about canceling.

It says i need to upgrade, which i don't want to. I've been getting pictures and emails just fine, how can you block those when i have already paid?
