I received a Farberware roasting pan last Christmas and for some reason the bottom of the pan has started to peel. When I cooked a roast with potatoes the bottom of the pan was peeling and lifted off with the potatoes. I did keep the pan as I was not aware of this to be possibly a defect and there have been other complaints. I have had many farberware items and have never had a problem like this.

I purchased a 4 cup peculator coffee pot about a year ago.. the last one I had probably lasted me 10 years. this one totally cracked on the black electrical base. Will Farberware replace it?
It's clearly defective.

I purchased knives from a Walmart location here in Ga. I purchased your Faberware knives set because it said it was stainless steel. I put them in the dishwasher after 2 or 3 times washing them their is rust all over my new knives. I thought Stainless Steel didn't rust. That label needs to be removed from your products. Clearly it's not Stainless Steel.

I would like a response on how to solve this matter.

Has anyone been able to contact Farberware? I've tried five different phone numbers and get nothing but dead air. I bought a five cup coffee pot for my mother and when I opened the sealed boxing the reservoir lid was broken. All I want to know is if and where I can get a replacement lid
