The work in the company jumped its $1.7 million in sales in May 2007 and in 2009 they made and built the consumers interest with cheaper and more personalized goods during the period of recession.

How to join them and sell?


It is just free to join and start a shop but has some basic selling fees that include transaction fee, listing fee and payment processing fee. Other than this one has to pay $0.20 per item to publish a listing in the marketplace. If it gets sold then 3.5% transaction fee is added on the sale price.
Some may think of selling on Etsy is worthy or not. Coming on the point all the process is explained by the strategy you offer if it is social selling then Spressy save a loads of time and fee by charging 3% as a per-sale fee. It seems to be impossible to talk with anyone at Esty. I placed an order for engraved Stemless Wineglasses for a Wedding Reception. I needed them right away and indicated this with the order. I do not have ivory on my website. The term ivory is also a color description. My website was eliminated because of a jade carving with jasper beads because I described the color as ivory without noting it was the color. Why has my item not been shipped? Or why have I not been refunded. Is this how you treat your customers? You also have a non working fax number. Again, Fatlava, $33.57. I have spent thousands on your etsy and this is how I'm treated? Please respond, again this is the third attempt to get help,do something.

I have an order that was supposed to have arrived a month ago. When I contact the seller there is always some excuse. As of today, she claims the truck broke down and my bed was damaged so it's going back to California and they'll make me a new one. I payed for this in full in October and I can not get them to give me e refund. They have no telephone number to contact. I am beyond furious. Please help. The etsy seller is Fabulousandfrench.

Hello. My name is Deniece Church. I have one shop on Etsy called Mooncasters1 and I am trying to open a new one as well that's totally different. But every time I try to set it up it just takes me to Mooncasters1 site. I can separate the two. They are totally different ,They are named different, they even have different emails. I don't know what to do about this

I submitted an order last night for a LEGO Table and was issued a confirmation number after I hit send. I never received a confirmation email that it was processed like I was supposed to. Tonight I received an email that I need to "complete my purchase". What's going on? We know it was already charged to my credit card. My confirmation # is #1062578359. Please check into this and send me a confirmation that this order was received and will be shipped soon! Thank you for your time!

I paid for 2 items from miss pickles attic on September 26 & asked them to ship on Oct 7. It has never been shipped. Emails went unanswered. Finally reached, they were to send as soon as they could. Still no order as of Dec 5 & they do not answer. If I click on shop I get URL error notice. I tried to file case, Etsy days it's too late. Can't reach them because no canned choices match my problem. I am FURIOUS!

I am a new seller with some issues regarding the shipping process. Is there a 1800 number or a contact number to receive assistance. I have read the entire policy and was not able to find a number. In fact, I even sent a email on 11/14/15 and did not receive a phone call. It is hard to believe a company this large does not have a 800 number to assist their customers.

Cannot contact Etsy and the seller has no phone or contact in Greensboro, NC.
