I have read all the below comments and I have dealt with all of them. The phone number doesn't even ring it just discontents. I am very concerned on their response regarding my answers to the following:
drinking, they wanted me to change it to every day or once a week instead of on special occasions and to go a longer distance to find a match. All these dating sites are not what they say they will do and who they are.

When I joined E-Harmony, my idea is to meet a man locally or within 5-10 miles from Lyndhurst New Jersey.
All the matches sent to me from E-Harmony are not local nor within 5-10 miles from Lyndhurst New Jersey.
Can you resolve this for my matches.
I'm very disappointed with E-Harmony.

Hello, I signed up for the free 4 day trial on February 21.Today was my first day, 2-25 of the one month subscription i signed up for.
I want to cancel my entire subscription and want a full refund.
I signed up for one month only! Today i received a message from you that your company signed me up for 3 full months and put me on a plan. I DO NOT WANT YOUR PLAN OR YOUR SERVICE. Cancel it immediately and refund my $39.95. I believe this is a shifty, dishonest scheme and you are roping people in. I wont be one of them. I would appreciate a return email stating you have received this and will be refunding my money. If you do not respond I will take legal action and involve the media if need be.

Some party in Bristol TN, is using e-Harmony to scam your clients. You matched me with one female, a Quinn Baird, claiming Baltimore MD as home. She wanted to go straight to e-mail, and also gave me a number to text her. (423) 742-7401. Once we started talking, she hooked me into WhatsApp, saying it would be easier to reach her. Turns out, she wanted $$$ to cover flight, passport, and visa to get her stateside, from Istanbul, Turkey. For a short time, and a limited loss, I fell for it. But, cut my losses, just in time! She has moved on from e-Harmony, but her match # for me, started with 140....
Not sure what you can do about this, but I feel you needed to know how your service is being abused!

I also can't get through to the phone numbers that I recently was able to get in touch with. They both cut my phone right off immediately. Yes this company is a big scam it will not let me turn my membership off. They take your credit card then will not let you turn your account off. They tell you you get free days to try it out then they don't let you shut it off. Do not sign up with this company is a scam they won't answer your calls after you sign up the same number you spoke to them on previously.

I am trying to renew eharmony by phone. Yesterday I was able to speak to someone at 626 795 4814. Today that number is not working . The 877 658 4814 number is giving me a service that can only renew me by taking over sharing my computer. while they we doing that i couldn't log into my account and they told me it was because i have a Koobface virus. They wanted to transfer me tech trager inc and for $300 they were going to fix the problem. I became suspicious and declined.
When i closed them out of my computer i was able to sign on to my eHarmony account again. In the past i was able to speak to an eHarmony representative that could discuss my current options and renew my subscription. Please help me to understand what is going on.

Your company is by far the biggest ripoff in online dating! Your pricing is outrageous and when I attempted to cancel, you wanted full payment and i am not sure how you sleep at night. I will be sure to let everyone. I am associated with in Business, personal and otherwise how you ripped me off, and to avoid doing business with such an unethical company.
