My payment was accepted and my credit card company assured me that my payment was accepted on United States time on November 14, 2016.

First issue, I was trying to track my 80 cotton dark brown bear with tracking number LT16364596CN to only receive a message stating my product will be shipped within 3 to 5 days on November 15, 2016 and I should receive confirmation about the tracking details of my product and to contact Marketing@e.dhgate.com. I did as I was told.

On November 17, 2016 Marketing@e.dhgate.com sent me an email stating they haven't received my payment and I have it until November 25, 2016 to send in my payment.

Therefore, I sent marketing@e.dhgate.com a copy of my confirmation email stating my payment have been received.

I also, called my credit card company and they told me my payment was declined and they will post the payment back to my account as of today, November 21, 2016.

I was promised by your dispute center a full refund for the item (a watch) and the return postage for this order: 331937939. I completed every stage of the return as required. I only received a partially refund for the watch and nothing for postage because the seller refused to accept delivery of the packet, which arrived safely in China and cleared customs, and which legally now belongs to the seller.
This is entirely not fair and is against the full satisfaction gaurantee. I was promised by Dhgate. Please honor your own decision and refund me as promised.

I bought a blanket for my son on 7/18. A few days later I was told it was sold out and asked to brick another item. I told them no I wanted the item I ordered and if they could not provide it I wanted my money back. I was then told it was back in stock and would be shipped. The item shipped after a few days I was not able to track it. I asked about this and was told the item was returned and sold out again and I needed to pick another item, which I refuse to do. I have asked for my money back twice and they won't refund it even though they can't provide what I ordered.

I purchased a high brand latest mobile phone, Vide Order no 241207758 -- LeTV Le Max 2 Pro X8 (with 64 ROM, and 6 GB RAM..) costing 426 USD from the SELLER -- "Dhgate2018"
But this most unscrupulous SELLER (“Dhgate2018” ) sent me – very very low grade mobile Phone costing 150 USD –which I NEVER ever want and cannot keep !! (I have already 5 far better mobile phones with me…)
Please kindly arrange to refund all my SPENT money ----- 426 USD + 36 USD – totaling – 462 USD..(36 USD being the DUTY charge I paid here in INDIA)
Also, this SELLER has put me in most nightmarish situation for which I also duly claim for the compensation for mentally persecuting me and causing my business loss.
***** Please kindly note that the SELLER is forcing me now to keep that low grade MOBILE phone --- which i cannot keep except throw it in the dustbin.

Three orders that Dhgate received my money up front and I haven't received all my product's, with cancellations on orders, orders being short items, and just not receiving Items. This is for three to for orders from may 31 to July. If you don't refund my money on orders that were shorted, canceled or just not sent. I will be going to my. credit card company for a full refund. I place an order on the 24/07/16. And have made payment of the order. order number 241300839 which is $62.87, 241301265 which is $59.25 and 241301264 which is $21. All together in pound is £111.08 taken out of my account. After the payment, 2 of my order was cancelled by mistake. And have try to contact the seller, I was given this website to contact dhgate.
