Pheonix Dancer says: I really like Deezer and have been using it for years. In my opinion, it's worth $10 a month. But I liked your old website a lot more than the current design. When using the old site, it was easy to browse dozens of bands like the one I initially typed into the Deezer search engine. You had a "similar performers" tab I could click on, and there they were. I could search for James Taylor, and immediately have the option to explore indigo girls, CSNY, John Goodman, etc. I loved that function. I wish you would put it back on the Deezer website.
Also, some of your performer's older works are woefully thin on the ground. Such as Christine Lavin, Claudia Schmidt, Bob Dylan, Paul Simon, or Fleetwood Mac. I realized that you can't have every song ever written, that would be impossible. But please take into consideration that not everyone who is passionate about music is under 30. Other than those two complaints, I like Deezer very much and plan to stay a customer. It would be cool if you added chat threads, like the old. MySpace, where people could share their favorites, and turn others on.

For over 12 months, we have been trying to cancel a subscription that we have been paying since our 12 months free period with Sonos. We were unaware that we were expected to continue this free offer and tried many times unsuccessfully to cancel it.
The payments have now been stopped by our bank at our request as we object to paying for something we did not sign for and do not use. In addition to this our numerous attempts to cancel have been ignored.

You have now had at least 12 months payments without giving us known use of your services which I am sure you will be able to track.

Cricket offered me Deezer for $6 a month. When I installed the app it wanted my paypal information for $9 per month. I started my contract with my Facebook but the email i used for my Facebook is old i haven't used for about five years but i logged into deezer with Facebook and now i cant log in to deezer with any other apps other than my phone with it not letting me log in i never entered a password just want to sort it out as i am willing to pay the subscription but cant log in on any other device or change my email address to the one i have now..

Please stop trying to a automatically take money from my account. If I wish to continue with Deezer I will do so. I am experiencing cancer at the moment and it looks as if this time I am going to die. My bank charge me ten pounds every time you try to take money from my account.
Its a great service with out you being so pushy. Just send me a reminder on robarthur@gmail.com and if I can afford it that month I will pay. My wife has given up work to look after me so please stop or I will stop this service straight away.don't spoil things.

I used deezer for the first month for free. Then I got my girlfriend to pay though PayPal for the second month costing her 9.99. Then you offer me 3 months for 99p which I pay on my credit card. But my girlfriend got charged on the 20th July for 9.99. Why is this??
