I have contacted the creditor that was listed and Credit Karma reported to. I have no account with them and I need this removed from my report as soon as possible. The only way for it to be removed is if credit removes it which they should have never done in the first place and if isn't removed then has to stay on my credit report for 2 years. I have been trying to call someone in the customer service department but it is impossible. I can't get into my old account as I forgot my email and my password. I tried to enter a new account and it does not let me. I need someone to reach me. This is really a bad service.

I have tried to get my information on my credit report but it tells me that I need to provide a copy of my s.s card and of my Id to be able to view my results. Can you please send me the address where I can send you what is required of me?

My wife and I are members of Credit Karma. I can access her account with no problem. Her account is under my email. I have forgot my information to sign into my account. I am not sure of the e-mail or password. When I entered my SS number to reset my information, the reset information responded to my wife's name. Please help.

All I asked was for my credit score, which I did receive. Now, I am getting emails referring to my membership, which in my experience with the web means that I will be billed for a monthly service that I do not want. There does not appear that I can contact anyone at Credit Karma to resolve the potential problem. I can not recommend Credit Karma.

I just tried to sign up for Credit Karma and I am having problem getting my password to log in. Its telling me that my password isn't correct but with this problem alone I am not going to worry about it. Now that I am just seeing all the same complaints. No thank you, it looks like a scam already. The old saying says, "Sometimes when something is free its too good to be true!" You have no contact phone number.

Please cancel the reports, you are sending on Charles Young. Charles passed away in April, 2016. I am his sister-in-law and this is painful to keep receiving.

I was looking at both of my reports and they both have dropped by 11 points. It also shows credit acceptance with a red dot and a green drop. Just trying to figure it out.
