I tried to contact Fox but was put on hold for over a half hour. After that I called to Fox, I was told to contact you directly. In the mean time, I made another reservation through you on my wife's name (FOX LFXP050165). This had the right pick up and drop off location. For some reason the first confirmation/reservation was not correct. I want to cancel the first reservation and receive credit for the miss confirmation. In the mean time, I have contacted you at 1-866-468-9*** for three times, only to be shunted off by your representatives, to Hotwire who claim no responsibility.

I had a late flight and tried to re-book my car rental and it kept routing me to Hotwire who could do nothing for me because they had no access to cancel or re-book for people who booked with I was on the phone for almost 2 hours with Hotwire and they kept talking to different people who could not help. I also called Economy who my rental was through and they told me I had to cancel with since they were the third party with whom I originally booked. I paid online which means they took my money and I am determined not to let this go until something is done about it. It is my birthday and I shouldn't be this stressed. is fraudulent and I wish I would have looked at the reviews first before booking with them. If you read the other reviews they say the same thing which I am currently experiencing. I would like to cancel this reservation as it has been made for the wrong dates. It is your fault not mine. The reservation number is Conf#LADP0946EAAD. I have been on hold for 90+ minutes with customer service. I am now booking with other companies. I am lucky that I caught the mistake before my flight.

I have a problem with a car reservation. I tried it two times and the system says that the reservations were rejected, but my credit card was charged two times with the total amount (Pay now special). option to pay now, it’s a scam. I had called and told them I had insurance coverage thru my American express card they said bring benefits proof of the credit card which I did. they still didn’t give me the rental they wanted me to go across the desk and rent from thrifty $150 more which I refused..I wasted time money n embarrassing time. I have had flight cancellation- I pre-paid for car rental at final destination. My arrival at earliest possible is over 12 hours past pick p time.I do not want to loose this reservation and lose my over $550 paid.I CANNOT get a hold of a person to help. I made a car reservation through in Japan on 7/2/2016 with confirmation #LEZP02BB23EZ for July 17,
2016 pic-up at 1:00 AM. When I got to EZ Rent-A-Car counter in McCarran Rent-A-Car Center, they we're asking me a copy of my electric/water bills and car insurance which I don't have it on hand at that time. I told them that I just came from overseas(Japan) that I could not provide them those supporting papers, and they said it's their policy. unfortunately, I wasn't able to pic-up my reserved car. On July 2, 2016, when I made this reservation my bank already paid E-Z RENT-A-CAR the $64.84/day for the car rental. I'm asking the company to refund this amount back to my bank. Please respond. I rented a car from your company this date 7-9-16, confirmation # ladpo8ae72ad. when I received the confirmation #, it said i had to go to the Gold Coast Casino 20 miles from the airport. At no time when I was booking it did they indicate it was not in the airport. I tried calling to change the location to get the car, no one had it or not even Expedia the parent company. I also learned from the visa company that I was charged $150.00 rather then the $114.34 that the receipt said my payment was .
If i do not here from yo soon I will be filling a formal complaint with different organizations. My # is 505-974-8231. If i can not get my car from at the airport, I wold like my credit card refund.
If I do hear by Monday morning I will be looking at civil action as well as criminal (frad). I am in that profession to do so.

After being put on hold for 30 minutes, I was told the 866-468-9473 phone was not, the representative said they would transfer me over to the correct company. I was put on hold for another 30 mins. And told I reached not Unbelievable, very unprofessional for a company to have the wrong phone number for customer service, unless of course they're ripping people off left and right and want to make it so frustrating that people will just give up. They ripped me off $20.00. If they do the same to 2,000 people, they're racking in 40 grand. If I don't get this resolved today I will not stop at writing 2000 bad reviews and disclosing this rip-off scam.

I rented a car through your company. It said unlimited miles so I booked it. After reading fine print the company charges you 39 cents a mile after 150. So the unlimited mileage in bold print is a misrepresentation. LEP02C284EZ is my confirmation. I would appreciate a refund or a cancellation and a credit towards another rental with true unlimited mileage. This needs to say limited mileage not unlimited mileage,then I find out later it is incorrect. Please contact me ASAP I leave Friday.
