Hello!
I recently went to one of your locations in Anaheim, California. The one at 2210 E Lincoln Ave. I ordered chicken fries and a water. The total was $3.23. After getting to the window, the worker tried my card and then told me the system was down and could not run cards. He asked if I had cash. I told him that I did not. And he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me my food even though it was sitting at his elbow. I worked in fast food for 3 years. It takes A LOT for me to send in a complaint. And this is my first, but it is deserved. If your system is currently offline, and your guest does not have cash, you need to promo their order and apologize for the inconvenience. Then you make the future guests aware of the issue BEFORE they order. Poorly handled. I was curious how it was my fault that the system was down and I wasn't informed before I got to the window and was refused my food. Anyway, I took my business to McDonald's. I would say your staff needs additional training in customer service and the motto of your company.
