Hello, I was just wondering where can I file a complain about some missing items on my latest order. I have been sending emails/messenger messages to my district but to no avail. I even sent some pictures of the box that is loaded with tapes and everything. I thought I need to sent for them to know what was happened. Please help, my customers are waiting for their order but I can't gave them their orders incomplete.

I have not received my order and yet I'm being charged for it. Your driver went to wrong address and screwed it all up. They won't re-delivery to me unless you guys say its OK cause they want to charge for second delivery this is terrible service as Christmas presents went without. I am ashamed to have signed up.
