How can Astro call this a "Customer service" when you do not open to serve the customer.

Understood that you are only opened during office hours, noted that today is 3rd October and there is a public holiday. To be closed is shocking service if you like to call that service. Astro provides 24 hours pay TV without the support to customers. It should be at customers convenience not Astro. Technically your customer service is not available when you are transmitting and you are open less than 20 percent of trasmission time.

Having paid my late bills two weeks ago and still without transmission says something is really sick in Astro.

Unless Astro is not in the service industry my mistake and apologies than.

I think your Tanah Kubur program is baseless and not in line with Islamic teachings. I don't think you make reference to any ulamaks to produce such programs.

For examples show snakes and all sorts of weird things are more of Malay mystical beliefs.

There is no signal from my astro to my new Samsung UHDL TV. It shows this message on the tv screen there service interruption. Ask to sms ASTRO RCO 0111 7184 2377 and send to 66688 which I did but reply came back unsuccessful.

Can't tune to any channels.

My no: 086521786-5. I have problem with decoder since May 12, 2016. On May 14, 2016, Astro changed my decoder. But not working. i have been calling every day but Astro cannot solve my problem. When i cal again on the stats on My 24, 2016. They closed my report without solve my problem. i really sick of the service. I want to terminate but did not allow. They will charge me if i terminate. I am frustrated on the setting.
It always showed "for a better quality video please change your resolution under Setting Display Resolution".
After changed the resolution, it still pop out on certain channel especially non HD channel.
I just wanted to remove that. Called in evening. No answer. I only available in front of my Astro TV after 8 pm.

My astro account (89684994) is currently not working. I have just paid my astro bill recently. However, upon turning on my astro decoder today, I could not watch any of the channels. When I was on the channel, there was only a black screen with a message that read "Error Found. Please call Astro Customer Service. (S11)". I have tried to restart the astro decoder many times but the same message about the error found keeps appearing. I would like to inquire on the cause of this problem and how to solve the said problem with my astro account.

hi, wanted to complaints, the customers service is very very bad, 1st report make on Saturday 16.04.26 8++pm, ( 1629275404) come to repair on Monday (18.04.16), same day in the evening, same problem happen.
2nd report make on the same day (18.04.16) about 7.30 pm (1629300335) till now the repair man did"t show.
very disappointed. and sad with this kind of service.
total 7 days, this problem didn't settle.

I received a letter of demand Fr Astro for non payment. The truth is not that I cannot pay Astro but I wanted to disconnect the service since last year.
