I had made a payment on 26.09.16 for my journey from Kuala lumpur to Banda aceh (return) rm418.16. The rhb bank had confirmed that the payment is done. The problem is I don't get any news about my booking from Airasia.

My son Mr. Varun kataria had fly from flight D7 183 connecting flight D7 212 on 11.07.2016 from New Delhi (India) to Melbourne city. His two baggage was not reached at Melbourne city on 12.07.2016. He has lodged the complaint at Melbourne airport on 12.07.2016. One baggage was handed over on 15.07.2016 and second baggage was not delivered so far. One month time has already been passed. I have lodged three complaints nothing has done by air Asia. I have contact to c care center & baggage tracking office, Malaysia no response. Only one thing we will see. The total cost of my baggage in INR Rs. 35,000/- please release the same at the earliest to avoid legal action.

My booking number is LGR9MG I need to change my travel date for Chong Yew on 12/6/16 to 7/5/17 . Reason: I can't travel on 12/6/16. I book premium booking for this.

I had tried for days to contact airasia in Australia but was unsuccessful which, resorted to me to contact this site. I sincerely hope you can help me out. For insurance purpose, the QBE insurance company required me to obtain a letter of confirmation from airasia stating the reason why the flight D7 213 which, was scheduled to take off at 0045 hrs on 03/09/2015 was delayed and for how long it was delayed. Subsequently the flight was cancelled and the reason why ?
I also required confirmation on the total amount I paid for the flight, inclusive the baggage,meals and any other cost associated with the booking. Confirmation also required the amonunt I was being refund. my booking number was QG4HFQ. Thanking you
