Reason being that I bought a bouquet. . the value pack about a week ago and ever since it always show an E16 error message. I have bought a new decoder registered under my wife's name Gladys Ngetich phone number 0715532908, smart card number 10313824863, Id number 27981070. I want the package payment be transferred from my former decoder to the account number under Gladys and then upgrade it to the package of ksh 1050. You can then block the account number 51016341 because it no longer works. Thanks.

Hi, I sent my Gotv card on 28th May 2016 via G4s waybill no. 617395 for exchange of decoder. The item was picked by a staff national identity no. 27242453 (Ssan) on 30th May 2016 at 10.00 am. As of now she has never contacted me and I need my Decoder.

4624075808 instead of my iuc account No. 4624075807.
On 28/05/2016, i made another payment of ksh 1000 via MPESA - KES1UN4QMI and normal programming ressumed.
I have already paid for July subscription. i kindly request you to revert and forward the erred payment to my Gotv account as advance payment for July or advice me what the way forward.

i paid for my decoder no. 2014378553 via Mpesa on 30/05/16 at 7.07 pm and it was reconnected then 15/06/16 it was disconnected, i went to the multi-choice offices yesterday 16/06/16 and was told it was a technical problem that it will be on after a few hrs. my decoder is off till now yet i have paid for it and i can't get to your lines, my no 0720702519 kindly help.

I sent my GoTv card 0n 28th May 2016 via G4s for exchange of the decoder and there has been no response to date. I've explained this problem several times by phone no. 0730-213073 and no action taken. Kindly investigate this problem on my behalf.

I am writing on behalf of Norwegian People's. Account number is 47032116. I subscription on 19/05/2016 but you disconnect decoder every night. I am forced to call customer care every morning for re connection which is very expensive. Please try to solve this problem once and for all. Its very inconvenience to the organization here.

I am not KENYA people, i came for visit friend in Nairobi, I has s reprise DSTV hear about service, after service, my friend just setting DSTV on Nov,2015, i Have problem already 2 time to Apr 2016, yes the same problem no signal and many time must to paid 2,500 for service, not have after service good right? because problem about signal, i just want to know another customer must to paid the same right? and MGR DSTV them know?
