Holly Harvill says: I emailed this company and finally a lady emailed me back she asked me for some information and I sent it to her about 3 weeks ago. Now haven't heard anything back from anyone. I have emailed about 5 times with no response as of yet. I purchased the tablet last Christmas and now will not charge. This is the worse way to treat customers purchasing tablets for their children. I would never buy this brand again. Horrible company and customer service.

I have purchased the Kurio Tablet for my daughter and it takes all day and night to charge. I feel like it was a waste of money. If I would have known that I couldn't get in touch with a representative then I would not have brought it. Never again will I purchase anything from you guys again.

My son broke almost six months ago and I was told you didn't have any replacement ones in that I should try back. Still waiting. Can you help me please? I was told this seafood unit for my child, he hardly got to use it. I am very upset.

I have a kurio interactive small tablet. Now i have tried to get it to work to no avail. It comes on gets to the little droidboy and freezes up but I cannot factory reset because my power button isn't working properly either. I haven't had this tablet that long. I have the tablet for my son. Model c15100m / c15150m. Ce0560.
It will not charge properly any longer. Instance, is there been on charger all night and half of today and only has 22% charge. Can you help me with this please.?

I am having a problem adding apps to my Krio. Please call me at 916 342-7195 When I click on store I click on Download other Android App Stores. When I get there, the only thing I see is Slideme Market. I do not see the other 2 slides.

This product sucks and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. And then once it messes up its impossible to get a hold of anyone to discuss the issues with them. Waste of $150. Thanks.

I Purchased a Kurio tablet not even a year ago and it no longer charges. It didn't last that long so I'm very disappointed in the quality. Considering it isn't that old and my kids hardly got to play with it.

Hello, I purchased a Kurio tablet beginning of December last year for my 6 yr old. It will not turn on with reset or holding down volume plus button and power button. We have tried multiple chargers and nothing seems to work.

Do you know what the warranty is on this and is it possible to get it fixed if under warranty?

On 9/5/15 we purchase a Kurio phone for our daughter. I have never received any notifications, there is often notifications that come up on the phone and now it is not holding a charge. I am very disappointed with the product and want to return it for a full refund. Please tell me how I do this.

I was wondering if you guys do a year warranty on the kurio tablets threw the company for a year after it was bought I had bought my son the kurio tablet and someone how it got broke and I did buy him the insurance but misplaced the recipt and I was wondering what i can do about getting Him another one
