When I bought the card it shows expiry date of 1st January, 2018 but all the reload card was unable to reload due to the reason of invalid card. I called to contact centre and it said I can go to exchange the reload card at Digi centre but when reached they firstly rejected me due to reason I need to show the resit instead of reload card only after that they allowed me to change but with t&c meaning all your reload card need to reload on the spot. The reload card haven't expire then how come this problem to user? All the reload amount will expire in 10 day. Do you think this will be a reasonable to me?

I want to complaint on the internet service that Digi had charge me. This very morning I’ve paid for the 2.5 GB internet data. And I’ve redeem free internet 1 am-7 am data. download a few apps and videos while online. The time is still before 700h and I was so shocked why Digi charge on my 2.5 GB data and not the 1 am-7 am free data. What happen? And I call the Digi helpline all morning. I'm talking repeatedly to the operator not the customer service. Better fix this.

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and unsatisfactory over the matter of how the customer service (counter at Tmn Molek) handling my case (termination with penalty: within contract period)

I was explained that that was only a final amount I needed to pay and no other charges after the termination. But I was wrong as I still receiving a SMS notifications of bills.
I ignored it first month I received it but keeps coming for 2 months. I then called the Digi helpline to verify the matter.

I then was told that it would come for 3 months!!!
This is what I am not expecting as I was told at the counter only the amount that (on the day I settle)

I not not giving the full picture of the termination.
If I need to pay another 3 month (after the termination, I would've cancel the line.

I feel like I have been cheated.

I have recharged my mobile number 0165463967 on 08th-May-2016 under Digi WOW (RM15) recharge offer.

After the recharge i have received the message about reload & shown updated balance also(RM31.57) Refer attachement.

But if i check the main balance there was showing just 1.52RM only & Freebies 100min free IDD to india also not received (I redeemed by entering *888*3*3# - Activated message came but no freebies received).

Last year my postpaid contract already expired, but do certain charges which incurred in my bills and which I didn't use that no and call and my bills come out the amount to 534.69 and my line been hacked by other people.

This is ridiculous. You send message a day before you terminated the number and now try to reload it I cannot reload anymore to stay this number. What kind of service you have. And now you cannot activate back the number. What's the purpose of your helpline and your service. Usually you send message few weeks before the termination but now not yet 24 hrs you already terminate the number. You don't care about how to value your customers..

It is a horrible experience and irresponsible corporate to deal with

my line has been barred and pending digi investigation despite payment has been make early. claim to digi technical problem. Issue happened several times but digi has no initiative to make correction and bar my line for investigation as their convenient. At time, i need to purchase prepaid for emergency occasion.

Currently i am having problem with data usage, since yesterday i found that there is a decrements in my credit balance and keep on receiving a SMS saying i am using my data plan where actually i didn't subscribe the plan and also i am a wifi user. I hope that Digi could offer more affordable iphone as it is currently catter for those highend user.
Digi plan 50 and 78 not really attractive, while the current plan 65 do not offer any phone package.

My name is kamala. I have been using digi for more than 10 years. Now I have shifted house. Near my area it's so difficult to get digi. I can make calls and people can contact me. I always have this problem at my new area. So I decide to change my line to maxis as my family members using it and don't have problem. I try to call customer service and that also can't get. Please do something. Life is not easy without phone and how to use phone when the line bad.

Hi,

I wish to inform us that I had yesterday and today top up a sum of Rm10 and Rm30 respectively to number 0102633267 and as of now have still not received the reload via credit card.

The transactions were successful and the transaction numbers are as follows:
1) 15111011523257 dated Tue Nov 10 11:52:06 MYT 2015 and Cimb bank ref is 030339
2) 15111107320065 dated Wed Nov 11 07:32:51 MYT 2015 and Cimb bank ref is 029431.

I tried calling digi store online customer service at 016-299 1128 quite a number to times but was informed that the number is not in service.

It would be greatly appreciated if u could kindly check and revert to me as soon as possible.

My October 2015 bill suddenly consist of 37 SMS to UK on certain days which I am very certain not sent by me. I called your center but was advised due to iMessage. I never used iMessage for past many months and I have no business to SMS UK at all. I am very disappointed with the answer and wish you can conduct a more thorough investigation. Your prompt and fair reply is much anticipated.

I have been charged 37 SMS to UK in the October 2015 bill for the first time. I complained to your call center but was told due to iMessage.
I am still very doubtful as I never used any iMessage for the past many months and the charges just appeared in the October bill suddenly. I sincerely appeal to you to conduct a thorough investigation as I never have any business to SMS UK on the certain days as stated in the bill. Your prompt and fair reply is much anticipated. Thank you.
